• When you use the official website: access information obtained through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6)

• Handling reservations, check-in and check-out, and providing accommodation and related services
• Registration of guests as required by the Hotel Business Act and other laws
• Estimates, proposals and communication regarding group stays
• Responding to enquiries and after-stay follow-up

• Preventing accidents and crime and ensuring the safety of guests and the premises
• Other purposes incidental to the above

3. Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law, where necessary to protect life, health or property, or where otherwise permitted by the Act.

4. Outsourcing

We may entrust part of the handling of personal information to contractors (such as reservation systems, payment processing and system operation) within the scope of the purposes above. We select contractors appropriately and supervise them as required.

We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, and educate our staff accordingly.
